SciFi and Fantasy Art: Rayne

This is the third of the Lesser Gaurdians of Chaos. He's the lord of water, and he's a hippocampus (that's a fun word, too). He is very stubborn and willful, and his temper is truly the worst in the group. He doesn't get along well with his opposite, fire, and dislikes earth. If he has to, he will tolerate earth, but never fire. Air is the only other element that he deals with well. He respects air- Wynd is his twin sister. She is the only one who can reason with him.
