SciFi and Fantasy Art: Boromir study

This is a quickly computer colored sketch of Boromir. I wanted to keep the rough look to the lines of the pen drawing so I just went in and threw some light hightlight colors in with photoshop. I conveyed the mood well enough.... I love sketching Boromir.

2 Oct 2005	Gondren Bennasothrad-Nûr	Loading... Yes! Finally, Boromir gets some credit, he is so totally the best character in the Fellowship (Followed closely by Sam and Gimli). IMO his story of struggling to save his people, wanting to use the Ring to do good, and yet it ultimately consumeing him is so much more interesting than Aragorn's clichéd lost king thing. It is so sad when he comes good in the end and dies protecting the Hobbits, I cry every time I see that in the movie...
