| 17 Nov 2003 | Anonymous <jink246@aol...com> | Gorgeous detail work here! I don't even know the context of this character but just on draftsmanship alone, this one gets a hats off. I love the border and the Celtic elements you added in with your own personal flair. This is what makes great artwork, dudes. | |

| 3 Mar 2004 | Crimson Starlight <c | Whoa! Art for 'Captain My Captain'? Sweet! And a very good picture it is. I've been browsing through your other artwork and it is all extremely good and wonderful... | |
| 21 Apr 2006 | Denise | Hmmm... Maybe your muse would spark more Isabeau art if we commented on the stuff we already love. I apologize for being so tardy - I can't believe I've yet to rhapsodize over this one since I've loved it for over a year. Of your three posted Heth pics, I like this one best. I love how you interwove the Eagle and Swan images, and made Heth feminine even while she's wearing livery and holding her sword. I think it captures Isabeau's Heth character just beautifully, and it was one of the driving forces in getting me to read Captain My Captain in the first place. Now I'm irrevocably hooked... I have my theories as to who the "mystery man" is by the White Tree (and maybe you mean his identity to be in the eye of the beholder anyway), but what is shown on the left? Is it Lorien? Thanks for sharing Isabeau's birthday present with us! | |
