Very emotional and well done. It looks kinda like there's a fog or smoke surrounding it.

This is so expressive. Angst art... really brings the emotion out in people, and all the creativity in the world is useless without a great imagination and emotion!! I like the red touches within the sky as well, and the wings... and the eye... and er.. everything.

It's breathtakingly beautiful. I may be a bit unwell, but I love pictures like this. Perhaps because pain is one of the few emotions that can fully penetrate me through art. As I said; breathtakingly beautiful.

Ooh, a weird, freaky death scene! I do those sometimes! *Yea for weird, freaky death!* Looks good, you can really feel the anguish and pain. Nice butterfly wings, too.

Don't mean to be a critic or anything, but the foremost back leg is a little too curvey. Almost like it has cartilage or rubber instead of bone. Just my two cents...

:-) Mira J. R. Horsky replies: "But where would we be without critics? Thank you for the comment- all of it!"

Nice job! It's a very strong picture! And to the Griphin, YOU CAN DO IT!

Probably isn't an appropriate place to mention it, but that is one of the most interesting gryphon avatar designs I have ever seen.

Also, the barbed wire looks really great.

:-) Mira J. R. Horsky replies: "Eh, who cares about when it's appropriate. Thank you! You're the vulture-gryph, no? Or am I getting you mixed up with someone else?"

It's brilliant and as i have seen it i am printing it now and it will be a new addition to my bedroom wall, i cant get enough of these things, it takes a real artist to be able to handle art of pain, it needs a true mind to see it.

I really like the "Psyche" griffon. I made an effort to look at all the ones with her in it. I like griffons, and I like the look of her a lot. This picture in particular made me feel rather sorry for her!

Go griffon-liking Catholics! um...*looks around*

When I first saw this, i really thought that the barbed wire was water... Kinda weird of my to think that, eh? Cool picture though. Keep it up.
