SciFi and Fantasy Art: Griffin and Dragon Fight

I first posted this uncolored, then later went in and added color and slashmarks. Since then I think it's become my most popular picture. People seem to like rooting for one or the other, or commenting on how it's really not that violent (it isn't. But it's about as far as I go), or saying that they look happy. Okay. So, who do YOU think is winning?

the dragon will win, (i dont like taking sides but meh) he has the grifin in a moment-before-the-headlock, and is ready to twist or dig

The Griffon is going to win, they usually always do. A dragon is bulky, and is mostly stationary, unless flying, and since the griffon has the dragon in a deadly stance as it is about to give into the push, and once that happens, the griffon will have a clear shot at the lower neck of the dragon (A.K.A its heart). But then again, the dragon could win just as easily, for it could be back up into a wall, therefor it not falling down, and breath fire into the griffons face, thus, catching it on fire, or temporarily blinding it, giving the dragon a clear attack...But personaly I like Griffons more, but Thats doesnt mean the dragon will die, life is life, even though these are mythical creatures, its still a 50 50 chance of victory. 7

Listen up, Like I said one the 1st page, the thing could be a tie....Let me list advantages...

Dragon: Fire
Griffon: Agility
Dragon: Power
Griffon: Faith
Dragon: Wise in the darker area of life
Griffon: Wise in the lighter area of life

You see where this is going?

Oh and by the way, no offense Molly, but dragons and Griffons have been enemies for more than a million years, according to legend of mythology, and RainDancer, the reason why they arent fighting in the air, is because abviously this fight has been going on for quite some time, and dragons cant fly forever, same with griffons, wich would lead this to the ground, and back up, but I personaly think that somehow, this fight would end without either dying since dragons are so powerful, and Griffons are so agile, and wise-it’s an impossible win.

(Am i a geek?)

Well, geek is the wrong word for it, and no, the dragon has obvious advantage-it is gonna rip the poor little gryphons head off and thrash it all over the place! muahahaha!!!!
30 Jul 200845 Gam
Its possible.

The gryphons in a total fatal position! Its gonna die. 13

Like i said its possible, but then again, the griffon could just as easily kill the dragon, although I made my decision, its a tie. 1
