Really neat idea; I often wonder what would be different if some other hoofed animal than the horse had been domesticated as a riding beast. Of course, a giraffe wouldn't be the most likely candidate . . .
Nice saddle. I like how the cheetah looks vaguely bored. It's an expression I see all the time on horseback riders, for some reason.
