SciFi and Fantasy Art: Gargoyles-- Petra and Gojak

Look, I figured out something to do with Gojak...I like this picture just because it's finished, background and all, and that's so rare for me these days. Obviously, I still have a lot to improve on, but the initiative is the most important thing. I dislike the way Petra came out in this one and I'm not sure why. It just doesn't look like her. Gojak will probably get some revisions before I come up with his final design, especially dealing with colors, and I'm not really sure if a loincloth makes sense for him. (And yes, btw, the light behind them is meant to look slightly holy. :-))

3 Oct 2004	Anonymous	Loading... I like seeing your gargoyle characters. They seem so much more believable than other fantasy creatures, because you seem to put a lot of thought and feeling into them. I like this picture especially because of the lighting-it gives a mystical feel to the picture. Even without the cross necklace you can tell they're benevolent. Keep up the good work!
