yes, lovely indeed! I would only suggest more contrast, but the greyish tones do add that sort of artifact feel to it. I might also suggest a cool little sorta nautical border around it, but that's just me. 2 Overall, I love it very much.

This is easily my favorite of your gallery pieces. I would offer some criticism, but I can't think of any!

Wow Sarah, this is amazing detail. I looks like stiple (or pointilism or little dots, or whatever), it must have take forever. Anyway I love the details, the churning water, and the reflection of the sun. This is my fav.

My Goodness, how did you ever get all that detail? With what medium? Pencil? The detail and the shading are simply tremendous! (Thanks for visitng me!)

Superb texture work! This must have taken forever to do, but oh my, it was worth it.

It's all speckled! Is that an artifact of your scanner, or is that part of the picture? At first I thought it was a result of poor scanning, but the more I look at it, the more it seems to be deliberate. And then I think of the amount of time it would take to dot-texture that picture, and I am awe inspired. So I have to know... is it deliberate, or is it an error?

I might suggest raising the contrast if it's deliberate... that might help emphasize the effort that went into this.

*blink* Good heaven...look at all those little dots..

stippling never fails to amaze me because of the patience needed for it. Then you go and do something as extravagent as this!

Stunning!

Just gorgeous. I don't know very much about drawing or art, so I can't offer much other than my sincere admiration, but this really is amazing.
