This is just such a wonderfully soft, hushed pic. You can almost feel some sort of dynamic energy emanating from it. Oh, and I love the texture of the girl's hair, as well as the frangipani blossoms in it. She kinda reminds me of a Balinese legong dancer personally.

Got redundant there, sorry. x_x I typed half of it, went away, then typed the other half.
Sorry! =D I meant the green balances the picture.
*smacks forehead, sighs. Walks away in shame*haha^^ well, same thing! pink and green is one of my favorite combinations. thanks, cristy^^

The coloring is wonderful, and it does add softness and a sort of young feeling to it. Her face looks a bit angry to me though, and she looks like she's being lectured by the fairy. Its very cute, and you know.. I think this may be the best face you've drawn, Howard. There is sweetness to it,and I think the pink little fairy adds that. I also like that you used a contrasting color to the pink, and it really balances the pink out. I think, if it weren't for the green, the pink would not be as appealing.
Really pretty. Great details. ^_^

Ha! I like what the above said, Cristy, in that it looks like the faery is lecturing her. You might do another one where the girl is looking up with her eyes rolled back saying, "What-- ever!" :c)

Such a beautiful, soft and natural painting. She has always lived in a sort of paradise and never felt pain. Sort of like the Mona Lisa, is she frowning or relaxing? When are you painting another?
