Oh yeah, I love the japanese fox legends. All these devious spirits that turn into beautiful women and mess with people. Ever read Neil Gaiman's Sandman: Dream Hunters? Anyway, this is very cool.

beautiful work! So realistic. I like the fur. What medium did you use?

Ummm.....info about foxes can be found http://www.comnet.ca/~foxtrot/kitsune/kitsune1.htm
Its a good page, and it tells many stories and stuff about foxes, absolute must for every foxspirits (like me) ^_^
Also, this picture looks really nice, ofcourse it does becouse theres a fox, but still, very good drawing. The eyes...they bother me somehow, they are not so foxlike to me, and afterall, Inari is very good spirit, a goddes of rice and prosperity, that fox looks kinda evilhey, thanks for the link...it was definitely very informative^^ now to try and make a link with that and my favorite kind of sushi...called "inari"

Oh, a kitsune in fox form. Indeed, but it looks more like one of those desert foxes, what with the ears and coloring and all.

Ah! Inarizushi, hee hee. I actually don't like the stuff (but my Japanese teacher made some. Her home-made inarizushi was sooo good!) I just love how you did the background and its negative space. i like the leaves as well and the fox. I does give me that unique Japanese feel. One thing though, what exactly are those yellow and orange things? Cacti?
