Wow. That is fantastic, especially the color on the wings. Wow. you have such a way with color..and this is such a perfect example, the birds and the subject matter are also wonderful, i think this one is my faveorite.

-was drawn to this too -those colours and light lines are wonderous as per usual, gotta find the patience to colour like this.

footnote: is that I'm glad to see mars on it's way out, made the whole world go nuts (more so than usual). though it's all relative. ~eek, nearly broke the sacred political rule of elfwood.

I see what rachel means by a lament and the birds flying south for winter, thats sortof what i thought aswell.

Wow, really love this. I think this is one of the most fascinating renditions of Isis that I've ever seen. everything about it is perfect.

Very beautifull! With your art I my eyes can already feast upon the thumbnails. Love the thought behind this and the subtle colours!

I'm sorry, but this cannot be Isis. Don't ask me why, but this just isn't her.

I don't know why the previous poster thought it couldn't be Isis but I think she's exquisite, innocent. Certainly in my mind, a young Isis, not yet in love, not yet a mother, not yet touched with tragedy. Which makes her all more poignant.thanks Lisha...that's EXACTLY what i was trying to say! i'm horrible with words, so i try to say it with my art. and a comment like yours, makes it all worthwhile^^ thanks again!

I've got a picture of Isis that I've got drying right now! ^^ I hadn't noticed yours before. You really captured the glory of Isis' spirit--so pure, so feminine, so exotic. It just screams "goddess" but while still remaining visually subtle. I don't know how to really describe the way I feel about this picture. I love it, to say the very least. (=uh, wow...some people really get it! pure, feminine, exotic...that to me IS/is goddess. thanks very much jennifer^^ would like to see yours!
