You've captured a special magic in this one and once again a beautiful background.

Waw! Such a gracious drawing. And such a good background, I love the texture. She looks so happy. Great movement and an excellent pose. I think your quite good in anatomy!

To anyone who thinks that the girl is proportioned too generously: Do you have ANY idea how bloody hard ballet dansers have to work? They HAVE to keep very very fit. So, her proportions are very strong and slender because of how hard she works out. And, now, as to how I feel about the pic: It is VERY very beautiful! I love the grace, happiness and life in the pic! I can jis visualize the rest of her dance in my head! My gallery: http://elfwood.lysator.liu.se/zone/o/n/ondricek/ondricek.html

Beautiful. And a poetic vision. Teh white costume really sets off her darker skin. and I noticed that you put some shadow under her, which is good, cuz I'd probaably forget if I did this. And um... there's nothign wrong with it. Teh backgroudn fits and everything. It's just beautiful.

I completely agree with Ohimesama. I am a dancer myself, and to be successful, you have to practise for hours each day, which inevitably strengthens your muscles. You really captured the pose and technique of ballet dancing in this picture, right down to the way the hands are positioned. The only thing is, she is tipping forward a bit - I hope she catches herself with her right leg or she could have a nasty accident! ^_^

I only wish my own pointe were that strong! I have bad feet. Gorgeous picture, I love her expression!
