SciFi and Fantasy Art: Sorceress and Wolf Familiar

Here is a northern sorceress and her familiar, pausing for a short rest in the snow. This was a gift for my wife (girlfriend when it was drawn). The sorceress is based on her and the wolf is her favorite animal. Pen and colored pencil.

Good comment somewhere above. I would even say that the costume is first to catch the eye (centre+strong color) instead of the characters.
I suppose you can't change your gift (or maybe a tiny, unnoticeable modification every night?)

I love the the wolf and the dreamcatcher!!! Besides the girl, this drawing reminds me of my Cherokee Heritage!!!! You do a great job capturing the action in your drawings! I mean ... I dunno the wolf looks awfully comfortable!!! Awesome job Albert!!
