| 27 May 2000 | Val | You know what? Forget the two previous comments by those who don't seem to understand that this is SUPPOSED TO BE stick art. And it's cute! Making stick figures look this detailed - but still keeping them stick figures - is harder than a lot of people think. Keep up the fab, adorable work | |
| 29 Jun 2000 | Virginia F. Sloop | Methinks people are idiots. Your stuff up here doesn't strike me
as being your "best" work, but they seem to think it's
a representation of your true skill.
Perhaps they simply lack the intelligence to comprehend
the fact that yes, this art is MEANT to be this way,
meant to be a stick figure type thing. -I- like it. *firm nod* | |
| 8 Jul 2000 | Humbert | Well, I have been seeing a rather lot of negative comments on my work. The fact is that Felar is my "best" work in the respect that he fufills a purpose. He is a character designed for children to relate to, he's a young dreamer who aspires to greater things. Fact being that no child (or presently living person) can honestly relate to bulging warriors with necks thicker than their heads or practically naked women with breasts that would cause spinal damage. Rather than coming here with a predetermined ideal of fantasy art perhaps some should keep an open mind. | |
| 16 Dec 2000 | Anon. | um... were you stoned when you drew that? | |
| 23 Apr 2001 | The Boss | I agree with the people who insulted you, you are a disgrace to the artist community. | |
| 7 Sep 2001 | Heather D. Lucchesi | <Rolls her eyes> Ok, you know what guys? You seriously need to grow up. What, you don't have anything better to do than sit on your ass and say nasty things to someone that can probably draw better then you ever will? Its an interesting style, and it could be very succesful for childrens books. So I suggest you shove your *Insults* and try to look at things differently. | |
| 7 Nov 2001 | Mud Kitten | I've noticed that quite a few comments in here are very negitive and rude... if you criticize, make it constructive. Also, I think that art is found in more than what's on the paper. The artist made a point when he described the emotional aspect of the pictures. That needs to be taken into consideration when looking at art. The work of young children can be considered fine art if you look at the deeper meaning of it. So, there. Art is more than proportions, details, and colors... it's emotions, and feelings, and ideas, too. | |
| 16 Oct 2005 | Anonymous | This is the swear word for poo. I would like to say the swear word for poo, but i would be banned from commenting if i said the swear word for poo. In conclusion, this is the swear word for poo. | |
| 13 Jan 2006 | Lozzy | Is there a swear for loser because unfortunately your the swear ord for loser so push off anonymous. Just because this person approaches something differently doesn't mean its wrong so i suggest you take that stick out of your bum and shove it in your mouth or where the sun don't shine. Humbert i like these sometimes i make art for children. | |
