This is the villian of the Hollow storyline. (that's the one with Justin). She's a freaky cyber-mage with plans for a different kind of world domination. The other villian (the actual inhuman one) will show up soon. See... the thing about Kitch, here, if she summons a demon to help her take over... but doesn't realize he's using -her-.
