It seems as through someone dropped glue on this poor guy's head, and whats more that person also took the liberty of stealing the poor dark elf's facial features and mouth and eyes from underneath the mask.

The pectorals are a bit too far down, and make me wonder why you drew a line between the bone and the neck just to draw the pecs a full head down more. Also is that a fin sticking out of his back or is that part of a cape's shoulder decoration to somethign he's wearing and we just can't see the actual hanging fabric in this view?

Try looking at pictures to get hair down. Took me a while too.
