The bottom half of my Startredder Family Portrait. I really dislike the rest of it and since it was too big to put up in it's entirty anyway, I snipped it. The little fair-haired fae is Fletcher, famous in such pieces as 'Foreign Sadness' and 'Captive Prince' and the lounging one is Simba Startredder. Avoid his gaze. Done with ink. The left one seems about to fall over, but that's about the only thing i can find worth pointing out, I love the detail in this! Artists comment: He's supposed to look like he's falling over. That's why he's clinging to the leaf/curtain thing. ~grins~

Artists comment: I'm working on it, really! And yes, my wrist hurt like heck after doing this picture. I'm a bit of a maniac when it comes to detail. Thanks so much for the advice!

I could never find enough patience to draw this. bowbowbowbow Artists comment: ~laughs~ It's really just the same pen strokes over and over again. You get used to it after a while. I'm not sure if I quite managed that or not. ~grins~ Ah well.
