| 21 Jul 2000 | Jena Marie Lombardi | The one on the right is adorable! I like the left one's necklace BTW. I think the background rules, too. You're really good with texture! | |
| 28 Nov 2000 | Cally G. Steussy | *awwws* This is a cute picture. I really admire how you got a foreshortened effect with the one to our right, but there's one little problem with it - the dock isn't foreshortened at all! :-P The one on the left . . . is he sitting or sliding in? He looks kinda like he's standing on the surface of the water and leaning back against the dock. :-P As for the water - wow. I'm no good at backgrounds, but I can still admire them. Artist's comment: ~grins~ This is a part of three pictures I did in June. I call them "Screw perspective." ~coughs~ It wasn't an intentional affect, but my teacher ended up rather liking the way everything kind of bended and twisted outside of proper dimensions. I still think it looks ever so much nicer when I don't have to cut it up to put it here. More background to it and such. Ah well, such is life. | |
