Shade, in his wereform.

Strictly speaking he is not evil when transformed, just uncontrolled. In the grip of his lycanthropy, he is a savage beast that will attack anything that moves, not distinguishing friend from foe in his insane bloodlust. His greatest fear is that he'll harm his friends as he has no control over the bloodthirsty monster he becomes and only has fragmented, abstract snatches of recollection (if any) of the things his wereform does.
