SciFi and Fantasy Art: Ground Warrior

This is a progress picture, and as I work on it, I'll keep posting new versions. This fellow is intensely detailed, completed all with a mechanical pencil. Uber detail is fun. :) Working on coloring him in Photoshop. The background is more of a layout idea than a final copy, but you get the idea. There will some nice intense lighting in the final piece, as well as all sorts of shininess on that plating armour of his.

The armor also fits perfectly into the character line. The coloration and drawing itself is amazing, however I felt the above was truly the most impessive part.
