Hello. I'm Shannon (hence the big letters saying Shannon) I'm 17 years old, My birthday is on March 17th St. Pattys Day! Whhoooo hooooo! I have one older sister and two kinda step brothers... They're not realy my brothers but hey I've known them sence I was like 8 so... Well the funny thing is that both there names are ALEX. Alex one, and Alex two are my brothers, and Kathryn is my sister. I'm the youngest ((-_-))! N-e way, I ame unable to get anything new up, because I'm in gr.12 and I've been being worked to death. I always have some new art, but it's all scribled in my note book and had little blue lines threw it... But I'll be coming up with some new stuff soon. My Fan Art Page on Media Minor as been acting up, so I think I'll come back to posting my art on good old Elfwood. More pictures of my not too swift characters, (Jaid, Tamara, Torin, Ax, Ryaln), and less of my mindless Bio updates.... Um... yes... so, ON WITH THE SHOW!!! Check out my freinds pages. They are COOL!

Your color is nice, BUT it is computer generated, therefore it is untrue, and required no natural skill at all. However, you show promise and are ready to step away from the fantasy worlds of your favorite Manga/Anime and into the real world. From there you can develop your skills to go pro. Maybe. Using your friends as inspiration is a great start, though you should not rely on them too much, as the audiences see real people everyday and do not want the same boring characters. ORIGINALITY. Keep working.
hi jaid. Just stopping through and seen that there was some up dateing sence i came here last. BTW i wondered of you had noticed yet that the Elfwood Admins(ER had taken down some of your fan art stuff. Also the link to the FanQ is dead. I would have really liked to see some more of your pics.

Hey, that comment about computer generated art requiring no skill is a blatant lie! That is such garbage. I seriously doubt that that person has ever tried to render anything in 3D using a program like 3ds max, but even the stuff that you do is very well done. I think that especially the hair is very well done, and art is art, regardless of if it is done on a computer or not, and computer generated art is perhaps one a leading trend in the future. You can produce very sharp, clean pictures, that you can hardly reproduce any other way.
Good job Shannon, I like your art.. it's too bad some people can't appreciate it.
