In my webcomic, Clan of the Cats, Chelsea Chattan transforms into a black panther.  Here is a morph of her and the panther together.

This one is really cool. I like the way her hair keeps her two forms united, in the way it hangs over the panther half.

I like this very much! And what keeps my interest the most is the contrast between (seemingly?) kind, satisfied, smiling human face and roaring, angry or scared panther part.
