SciFi and Fantasy Art: Elric of Melniboné

I gave him a makeover in white. Well, I gave his armor and sword a makeover in white. Elric was already pretty pasty to begin with. This is a really small watercolor pic (less than 7 x 10 inches).

I really think that your work is amazing, but I can definately see that you are better at creating women in your artwork than you are men. Your proportions are a bit out here and there, when it comes to the opposite sex, but its still an amazin picture in my books and I think that you should keep up the good work. As for the colours used, I think they are amazin. As the saying goes, "less is more".

That's a DUDE?! But he's so pretty! Do a girl version of him (and for the love of god GIVE HER ENOUGH CLOTHES!)

the only thing I don't understand is why he's cutting his hand.... or didn't wipe the blood of before stroking the blade... other than that... supergreat.. looks like he's walking down out of a cloud in the mountains... er.. other way round

As my name suggests, i like woman warriors, it brings out the strength we have and don't show. Awesome painting!!!!

I see nothing at all wrong with this picture. A wonderful interpretation of the White Wolf *S* Obviously he's holding a sword other than Stormbringer in this image, and why not? He didn't possess that particular blade during his entire adult life. Thanks for sharing!

He looks so feminine because Elric was a very, VERY womanly looking character. He was very fragile, delicate in appearance.
