| 6 Jun 2003 | Looktorque | Looks like the girl is trying to push the guys away with her rear. i love the poses, they are so "natural". the shading is great! And great muscule work! I envy you! I wish i have such talent! | |
| 7 Jun 2003 | Robo-paladin | Looks like Korock going to put his mace where Alrond may or may not like. Hey Matt, another good pic. Looks like some of the detail got lost in compression... | |
| 8 Nov 2003 | Daniel Maertens | its reminds me of old D&D, ahh the nostalgia. | |
| 26 May 2005 | Ally | Is it a rule that good guys must have moustaches? And I hope you weren't (or she wasn't) complaining about the "scheming to get [her] in the sack." Oh honestly, any women who dresses like that has to expect it. Matt Jarrett replies: "One of the good guys doesn't have a mustache (granted, he's got stubble). But it actually wasn't my artisitic choice. The good guys were played by people while the bad guys were NPC's, and THEY told me their characters had mustaches. As far as Joanna's attitude towards Hawkmoon and Kayen, I don't subscribe to the "skimply clad women should expect to get raped" philosophy." | |
| 27 Sep 2005 | Carlos (ex anonymous #1452) | Great poses and expressions, all them have a significant look and position towards the others. Great work. Matt Jarrett replies: "Thanks! I like doing character sketches where they strike a pose, but somehow their personalities make me draw them differently as I go, and makes them each unique." | |
| 13 Nov 2005 | Matt Jarrett | Evidently, they deactivated all my Yahoo stuff, so I had to reactivate Joanna's Yahoo Group under a new address. For those wondering where she went, her new home is http://groups.yahoo.com/group/JoannasGreyhawk | |
| 1 Feb 2006 | Jayne Cobb (future member) | Very, very, very, very, very, very, very good, but Faynor's boots look like they're folded a bit, er, low. Turn them up a bit. Matt Jarrett replies: "A little late now, since the drawing is already done and posted. But, I kinda liked the exaggerated buccaneer boots. Maybe they were designed that way as a fashion statement or something. I dunno. It kinda looks cool in my opinion, even if it isn't practical." | |
