SciFi and Fantasy Art: Drake

This is a portait for the new comic I'm working on with Angel Schooff. It's based on the idea that the 4 gods (Seiryuu, Suzaku, Byakko and Genbu) were living beings that existed in the ancient Far East. For reasons unknown to them, they were reborn many centuries later in mortal form.

This is Drake, current form of the Dragon guardian of the East. Although he retains very few memories of his magestic past, he still has the ability to access a small amount of Seiryuu's power. An unfortunate side effect, is that he gains a few bits of Seiryuu's physical form...

Doodled in an Oekaki board with minor touch ups in Paintshop.
Oh, if you didn't notice, the side effect is the cute little horns on his head. And I couldn't think of anything creative to clothe him in, so I gave him a nice green cloak.
