SciFi and Fantasy Art: Sword-wielder, fire-breather...Ah, finally. A good picture of my main character. This is my namesake, Selestia, the DragonLady. She is just your average feisty, ill-tempered, short-fused...dragon. If asked why she hides in human form, she'll give a dirty look with a reply, "I'm not hiding. I'm waiting." Waiting for what? Eh, she'll have a reason.
Her daily doings involved, and I quote, "Waiting for my friends, information gathering, annoying the Guards and amassing the wealth of my hoarde of treasure. With a schedule like that, I'm afraid I cannot indulge in traditional practices such as maiden-snatching and village-razing." Least she's honest about it.
I used a model for this one, just because I couldn't get the hands right. Now they're right! Woot! Eventually I'll get around to doing this in color, but for now I have bigger fish to fry. | |
