SciFi and Fantasy Art: Friend or Foe?

I've been playing in Painter 6 ever since I bought it and this was the first real picture that I did. It's original size is 800x600 so some of the detail is lost but hopefully you can see the man in the background holding the sword. The story that I was thinking the whole time doing this piece was the Frogman heard something outside and decided to check it out and the man in the background I wasn't sure if he was helping him or out to stop him from finding something he shouldn't know about, well enough rambling take a look.
