SciFi and Fantasy Art: Bedside Kitty - High Fantasy

I let this picture sit around for way too long before I took the time to finish it and color it, but I'm still pretty pleased with this one. I really like her alluring, playful pose in this - perfect for a Bedside Kitty picture. Her proportions are intentionally exaggerated so only comment on that if also find it appealing. ;) The background isn't perfect but at least I'm getting better at doing them in the first place. 29 Feb 2004	Jared in BC	Loading... Ya know, personally I'd say that nothing done in Anime could be considered "high fantasy".... But whatever man. Thank you for the comment, but allow me to clarify something. "High Fantasy" is a genre. "Anime/Manga" is an art style. Ever heard of a certain anime series called "Record of Lodoss War?" Elves, magic, knights in armor...that's a great example of high fantasy done in an anime art style. Hope you enjoyed the art anyway...

I really want to give her an hug and take her home to me. =^_^= Thanks Martin...I like to think of this as fantasy art in a couple of different ways. I like her pose most of all...she looks so cute with her legs curled. You don't need to take her home Martin...she's waiting for someone to join her. =)
