Starcraft is a military game, yes? I can't help roll about in tears, -laughing- when they say that, because to be 'jacked up' means to be truly and totally messed up. If you're wearing a jacked-up uniform, that means it looks like it's been ironed with a rock. And not even a hot one. If something you own is jacked up, it's broken, dirty, wrinkly, messy, or what have you.

The picture is very good, and the phrase you used to describe her is hilariously off-target! Well, thanks for the comment...though you've misinterpreted the phrase. In the StarCraft, the marines say "I'm jacked up and good to go" when they've just been produced - it means that they're all 'plugged in,' or 'hooked up'...in other words they're ready to go kick some Zerg @ss. So as far as I can see, it's not off target at all. =)
