SciFi and Fantasy Art: Holy Avenger

Wow, really cool! Man, her Armor is really fine, i like the reflections. She is very beautiful, i love that Wings.

Another damn fine, job, Jeff! Thanks much Martin...she did turn out nicely. The armor was fun to do, but time intensive too, so I think I've had enough of that for a while. Adding the yellow on her feather tips is what really makes her wings look good - glad I decided to try that!

Somebody was busy while i was away ^^ it reminds me a bit (just a bit!) of my winged kitty hehe i like her amrour and the pastel color of her wings.. I dont like the bground though.. But hey, im not one to do great bgrounds either (and u know that..) so its okie hehe >^^ Um, well...it didn't take me too long to do this pic. Hmm...yeah, just a little bit like your winged kitty (still love that pic!). I sort of like the background...but I see lots of rough areas that I should have fixed. Still, at least I'm doing pics with them now. =) Thanks for the comment!

Its a great pic, but I'm going to complain about one thing. The hammer is heavy of course, but the hammer is pointed in the same direction as your bottom logo and this disturbs the composition by making the right side to heavy. You should either move the logo to the other side or torn the hammer. And more details on the wings would do her good, i know you can do it! *grin*

Otherwise I love it! I'm guessing this the "winter landscape" pic you spoke about? The coloring is serene and cold, and the palette you used on her suits the background nicely! Thanks very much for you evaluation Mia! I don't know if I pay as much attention to the balance as I should. I generally add my logo last and I like to put in in the lower right corner. Hmm...guess I'll try to plan out my composition a bit better to accomodate it there (or just put it someplace else...). Yeah, I've been thinking about her wings and trying to add more detail to them. Plus I'm not really satisfied with the background either - some of it is a bit too sloppy for my tastes. Anyway, glad you like her...I suppose she's got a real "cool" color scheme! =) Thanks again!

Will you quit with the space amour theme? Seriously, if she is going to be a Holly Avenger, make her wear tattered robes or something. What's up with that hammer? Is she based on Norse mythology or something?

Hmm, I like it-- she has a wonderful paladin theme to her Lol, I also like how she can keep her balance on that rock!
