SciFi and Fantasy Art: Misty Leiyke!Yes, yet another feline creation from me, though she's a bit different from my normal fare. When I started drawing her, I didn't have any specifics in mind, but once I saw how her face turned out, I realized that I'd created one of my current roleplaying characters, Misty Leiyke. Yes, her last name is pronounced 'lake'...yeah, it makes her sound like she's a porn actress, though that's not too far off. =) Misty's not a typical cat-girl, though - she's a cyborg (she's incredibly strong, hence the pumped up arms...). She's part pleasure droid (for obvious reasons, *wink*), part one-woman assault squad (she loves guns - the bigger, the better!) and has a teasing, playful attitude to boot. Normally she wears full combat armor, though I decided to have a little bit of fun with her attire in this picture (if you don't know what OTP stands for, just take a visit to my website...). While I named her, I didn't create Misty...my GM created her. Knowing my affinity for cat-girls, he patterned her after one of the most famous (or infamous) cat-girls in all of anime, Anna Puma (and her sister, Yuni Puma), created by the master Masamune Shirow. At the same point that I realized I had a good drawing of Misty, I also realized that I'd created my own version of one of the Puma sisters. Yes, that is a stuffed animal haning behind her...his name is Mushy and Misty keeps little surprise hidden inside him (a machine pistol as last resort weapon). She is also holding a playing card - one of her quirks is that she rates her battles afterwards by tossing out a playing card (with a lipstick kiss on it of course!). | |

Misty, you know that me and Snake have another job coming up, and if you want in on it, you better get get your guns loaded with some heavier lead this time. Remember on the last job, you shot the guy in front of you but the sap behind him only got grazed. That's when Snake finished him off for you. Yea, that's right, we've got another job in the works. It's gonna be big sweetheart. This one is going to put us out of the business, and we can retire billion ares. We're going after the big one honey. There is a nice and tidy little lemonade stand just down the street, and the business is booming. I hear they got two kinds of lemonade, regular and pink. And, Snake says that they are gonna break out the cookies in two days.
We plan on jumping the little girl after her mom counts the money, and the young princess rides her tri-cycle back up the sidewalk to the front door. It's a fool proof game plan Misty. And we're offering you, "in on" a cut of the pie. What da ya say pumpkin??? LOL! Thanks for the comment Mart! | |
