SciFi and Fantasy Art: Sabertooth

Here's another PAW unit. This one is designed more as a smallish mech rather than a suit of powered armor. The Sabertooth is a heavy support/assault unit equipped with big gatling cannon as its primary weapon and big, energy/heat enhanced knife as back-up (as well as the standard plasma claws). I initially drew this by hand, then I traced my line drawing in Illustrator, mainly to make sure I got the gatling cannon to look nice and keep the barrels straight - that was a big pain but I think it looks okay. And yes, there is a cat-girl piloting it. :)

Cool looking mech. Can I get one to fight against Clan Jade falcon? Please!!Umm...sorry, but my PAW units reside in a completely different universe. 2 Thanks for the comment though!

You should make it PAWS. And it doesn't weight alot. At least I think so if it's a big pile of titanium with a big gun. Or how do I know it's titanium? It could be like cardboard paper or something.. Yeah?!Thanks for the comment. Hmm....it'll stay as PAW. PAWs would indicate more than one...which would be bad if you're their target. 12 Weight issue - yeah, probably should add a couple more hundred kgs to that stat, but I can't say I'm 100% accurate on the stats either. Still, think advanced technology/materials. Even though the Sabertooth is larger than average PAW model, you're not talking about a 60 ton main battle tank - a PAW is something far more agile than that. Thanks again.

OH, Mecha. That is one thing I have yet to try and draw. I must say you do Mecha VERY well and I like your coloring jobs too...very nice. Hi Summer - thanks for the comment! I'm glad you like my mech designs. I have to admit that I don't have any real difficulty drawing them...well the difficult part is finishing it once I start it. 2 Thanks for the comment!

Sleek and Deadly! Great job! I like the snow camo, looks very cool!I wish I could do that well! Thanks! Snow camo is always cool to do for mechs, though the snowy background is kinda cheesy.

How about a "Werewolf" PAW..That is if you can get away from the kitty's...If not I under stand...*couldn't do it...luaghs*

Signed..Wolf..Moon Um...sorry, but the whole idea of the PAW is a suit of power armor for my cat-girls to use. Thx for commenting.

That guy's ready to go! I really like the design especially the claws. His weapons are also killer. This unit would be hard to take down in a battle. Disable the weapons; he's got backups. Do away with those and he still has those claws. This is a well thought out and nicely balanced design. Nice work! Thanks for the comment! The weapons loadout is attributable to the Gundam/anime influence in my work - you've usually got one primary weapon, a backup weapon, and then a last resort standby (normally a melee weapon of some sort).

Man, this Mini-Gun will shoot anything in little bits! Hey, why You don´t make a PAW in woodland camouflage? This will looking very cool. Man, such a thing I need for My own Universe. The Planet Defense Corp can use it very well.

Or, what do You think? That's no mini-gun Martin...not when it fires 44mm shells! 2 Yeah, it'd pretty much shred any light to medium armored target easily. As for a woodland camo PAW...well, I'll think about it. I should do more of them anyway. Thanks for the comment!

I can't seem to see the head *stands on tip toes and searches* and it looks like there are giant plug ins on it's back. Sorry, it's not my thing.
