SciFi and Fantasy Art: Feline Wedding

This was a picture I made as a gift for a friend's wedding a couple of months ago. Yes, it does indeed feature my first cat-guy, and I'm pretty pleased with how he turned out. I didn't do too much with his tuxedo and while I did spend a bit of time designing the wedding gown, I purposefully tried to make it a bit on the conservative side. However, I loved how the lace on ther sleeves turned out (though it might not be very visible at this resolution).

Hehe you know what i think of that kat guy *rwoar* Hihi ^.^ It's good to know I can please admirers of both genders, eh? *wink* I'm still pleased with how he came out...if I weren't so addicted to drawing cat-girls you'd have seen more like him by now. Still though, I do have another cat-guy picture planned soon, so I'll definitely let you know about him. *hugs from the cat-groom* Thanks for commenting!

Yes, very good! The Catguy looks very nice (and the Catgirl too! 2. It is sure, that we will see more Catboys/guys from You? A Catguy friend for Zira were really cool. Man, sometimes I ask Me, why a good Artist like You have not a comic or works for a animation Studio or something. Like I say: You have a big talent! 2 Thanks for your kind words Martin...I know I'm not the best artist out there, so it's really nice to receive such praise! Yes, there will be more cat-guys to come...hopefully I'll get a new one in here in a few weeks (gotta start sketching soon...). Thanks for commenting!

The so called cat guy I've heard so much about.
I saw it in the Yahoo group months ago, would've said
something, but never gotten around to doing so.
And yes, the cat guy came out great. Thanks Andy...glad to know my cat-guy is appreciated by more than just female visitors. 12 Actually, I've got another cat-guy in the works that should be pretty hot. I'll leave it at that for now. 12

I love the background and the dress of the bride. They look very happy, he is so proud, you can see that. Lovely picture with wonderful imagination Jeff! Thank you Anneke...I'm really pleased with how this all came together. I could probably do a better job on her dress but I love how that lace turned out. The background wasn't too tough to create, but was rather time intensive - shading all those vines and leaves took a while to do! Yup, happy cat-groom, happy cat-bride...pretty much the image I wanted to create and my friend and his wife liked it as well.

Very good picture. Seeing a couple happily married is one of the better things in life. Wish I could draw a cat boy that good (or at least as good as my cat girls).
