SciFi and Fantasy Art: Claudia O'Dell

This is Claudia, a character from a book that's running around in my head right now, tenetively called 'Adlait'. I can't seem to actually write it though. It's a messed up science fiction thing about some highschool students from Alaska who meet my own particular interpretation on aliens... Not to mention that many of these students had been experimented on by said aliens' parents when they were younger, giving many super human powers. Claudia's one of the ones who aquired a power, namely, pyrokinesis. ...I'm well aware of the fact that her right hand is positioned strangely. No need to coment.
