SciFi and Fantasy Art: Elven dimensions

I tried to put this as my personal photo, that work out too good-too big. I was playing with pictures, and this came out of it. I like the way there is differant dimension in the middle of this Irish country side. It is also is the best representation of who I am.(not the photo of me but the whole feeling of the picture)

Ah, but the blue gloves are my favorite part! Like claws going up the tree--something shocking, unexpected. One's eyes are drawn to those gloves: The gloves demand we take notice of the fragments in the picture, how Jennifer's world is broken yet whole . . .

I think this one is really cool!!! Are you of Irish descent? You look a little like you might be.not by blood but at heart i am.definately moved me being in ireland a few years ago...I'm half Irish and half Scottish. Anyway, this is one of the coolest pictures I've ever seen! So complex, but not overpowering. I love alternate realities!heehee.i can tell from your pictures. i love em too

I have stopped in here a few times but never commented(bad me). I just like the way the different pictures(they are different pictures right?)yup, 3 differant ones., seem imbedded in one another. Phot-Shop and computery-art stuff in general is not my cup-o-tea to do....but I DO like to see other people's stuff with it. actually, there is no computer art in this one, i just taped the pictures onto eachother. Is the poto of you something that was taken specifically for this piece.....or was it already available, and you then had the idea to use it in this? It was taken quite awhile before,,when a friend and i were dressing up and taking pics of eachother. If its the latter, you must tell us where you went wearing cool blue gloves? aren't they neat? their my grandma's ..she passed them down to my mom than she gave them to me, along with some other tiny gloves with bearl buttons, and one pair made out of white mesh laceI tried taking a bunch of photos of my wife to fit an idea I had for a painting...never worked lol.....on the other hand I occaisionally find poses/pictures etc....that just serendipitously seem to be exactly what is needed. yeah that tends to work better the pics kinda choose themselves. Gonna stop before this turns into run-on sentences and babble.whats wrong with either?12

hmmmm... I have never been. But I love those magical little places where it seams like you go ten meters and you are somewhere else. Little kingdoms....

Maybe you were in a past life! *GRIN* You could certainly pass yourself off as being Irish! A lot of research on past lives has been done (nothing anybody could prove of course) and a lot of people who feel they have had past lives were from that part of Europe...Ireland has always been an enchanting place, beautiful in scenery and steeped in history...I understand the draw quite well!

ě like it but the squareness of your own photo looks out of shape slightly but you captured the irish countryside beautifully well done just work on blending the photos more in with eachother

Gloves are so under-appreciated these days.

Hey - it has depth (perspectively spoken). It's aesthetic!
