SciFi and Fantasy Art: Frustration

I think it's going to be awhile before I decide to do another 11x14 drawing, they just don't post to web well. I tried many different resizings, deblurring and sharpening, in the end I went with garishly huge rather that sacrifice detail. Anyway hope you like, I think I spent longer on this background than any other thus far, I still have a lot to learn. (Tria markers, prisma pencils, micron pen)

28 Nov 2005	Michael S. LaReaux	Loading... Your work is fantastic as always! The great thing about this is all the questions it brings up. What is the winged person looking at? Why is that shadow creature stalking him (Or her)? And which one of them is frustrated? I like that raised wing especially...it's great the way the light seems to pass through it, illuminating the wing bones.
