Cat, yet another Cattassan, she runs the flower shop in Rosepeak. is enganged to a tiger man name Kaz, whose dean of the general studies department at the Academy. he gave her the necklace she wears. She's also quite the southern belle, with a thick uppercuts southern accent and scarlet O'Hara type mannerisms, but not snobbish.
