SciFi and Fantasy Art: 01-06piecemail01

Here is a piece where I was playing with different types of armor. I started off with a variation of Magneto's Helmet and then played with different things until the fellow was armored. I like the way the helmet, the cape, the scale and the plate leggings turned out, but the sleeve, shoulder guards and foot coverings didn't turn out so well.

But don't you think the breastplate is a little...big? =) Jeremy Campbell replies: " hehe it's probably the name of the article that threw me off. I think I'll start calling them chestplates on guys, maybe that'll solve the problem in the future."

If he was a dwarf, then indicate it.Hangs his head after much deliberation and resistance I think you might be right. The legs are too short for the arms, I'm not sure if they are too short for the body tho...
