Satisfied with a job well done, the monster swam away.

I like your caption on this one. Simple and abrupt, just like this picture. The little boat is well done, and that egg-headed monster is nasty. He's not so much scary, as he is unpleasant. I like the sketchy style, and the bend one the horizon. The setting sun adds to this too.

Yes, simple and complete is a good description of it. Well, almost complete. I feel there should be a little smoother shading on the water to the right of the reflection of the sun and a little more definition in the sky. Otherwise, though, very nicely done. I love the shading on the monster, and the concept in general, as well as the execution, is original and well done. Good work.
