| 26 Feb 2003 | Dr. Micheal Lamphry | As a doctor, studying the field of Ancient Maritime shipping, I am quite pleased with the extremely beautiful details allotted to the foreground Trireme. It is obvious that the distant ship is of Corinthian decent, as the forecastle and ram are detailed in copper. As for the comment about the lack of a sail and rigging on the distant ship, it is obvious that the viewer has almost no discernment at all. The enemy is clearly a burning hulk, reduced to a mere tinder-box. Excellent representations of water, however some aesthetic consideration could be devoted to the sky. Wonderful piece of work. Congratulations. | |
