Oo, this storm dragon is a beautiful one. Which media you used for it?
I like that it is a green dragon. I love green ones, although in some reason I myself never draw green dragons? Hmm, maybe it is because I have too many red and too few green pencils. But anyway your dragon is awesome. I like how its body curves and the lightnings. Great job
