oooh. i love the water effect. And how this guy is floating/resting in the water while being partly visible. *sigh* he's so alone and melancholy looking. It makes you wanna comfort him

Hhm, I love the idea but this is all messy and wrong. The blending isn't smooth and that should be easy as cake using photoshop. And what's with the half-a-bright-green-leg-stuffed-in-the-middle-for-no-reason? Maybe you should stick to other mediums instead: this would look great in watercolours. I'm sorry for saying evil things, but it's true.
