SciFi and Fantasy Art: Trophy Hunter

In this picture I'm depicting, not endorsing, the hunting of sentient and rare species. (I should have known that a dragon hunter would generate some email, but what surprised me was the fact that so much of it came from dragons. I guess I'm a victim of popular stereo-types, but I didn't know many dragons would have access to the internet).

15 Sep 2003	Gelfin	Loading... I love the fluid motion in the Hunter. There's a lot of movement and that enhances the pic a lot. That had better be a magical sword, or the Dragon is just faking it...BIG mistake!

The way you've depicted the hunter still caught up in the whole experience of bringing down something more than three times his size is incredible. He looks like he feels as if he's on top of the world.. I can't see a darned thing wrong with it, I'm not sorry to say. =) Also very nice mountains in the background (mountainous terrain always bothered me.. Actually, -any- background bothers me, I can never get it right.) Looks excellent, keep up the good work. =)

WOW Your art work is amazing, Dragon killing and all NOT that I promote Dragon killing... I love your work and I am glad that there are so many people here sharing their work and expressing themselves they way that you all do... Peace and giggles!
26 Oct 2005	Doomsin	Loading... The Trophy hunter seems to me that he wants to fight the strongest beasts that live and im dam sure that a dragon is right up there. and wats the deference when he kills a dragon and when a real human goes and shots a lion!
