SciFi and Fantasy Art: N'Shia

I've done a new sketch of my avariel warrior, I was trying for something a bit more action oriented. Let me know what you think.

(aveiral lover alert) first off the shoulders are fine, averials shoulders most her braod to support the wings and their muscles! so 14 and to the artist, averials couldn't wear that top peice comfortably, it would get in their wings way (trust me I've done a whole from every angle averial in a top kinda like that and it majorly didn't work )

YESH! Furst comment. I likes, but the shoulders seem a bit broad for a girl, and her hands a little small in comparison to her body. Nice tho!

Sami-> You should spend more time studying English and less time on the web. Your point, if you had one, was not conveyed by your gibberish. If you cannot read, you may want to purchase the Princeton Review’s books on cassette series, “Grammar Smart, Sentence structure and you.”

Tori-I am female and my shoulders are even wider in proportion than hers. The average woman, I think you may be right, though. I like the pic. I like the sword and bottom part of the outfit, especially

The shoulders aren't too broad. We are looking at her from above her shoulder height, so they look big, and her legs look short. The perspective makes them appear to be off, but they actually are in proportion.

While Sami wasn't very coherent in conveying his point, I do think he had one-- if you look at where the wings logically have to connect to the body and compare it with where the back of her brassiere has to logically connect with itself, there's a certain problem occuring. Also, there seems to be something quite wrong between the angle of her hand and how her scimitar's blade would connect to its handle. However, I don't think there's anything at all wrong with the width of her shoulders, and I'm very impressed by the subtleties of shading used here and the patience it took to do every feather on those wings. Also, I like her skirt a lot. (Add a background! Add a background!) 2
