Done a LONG time ago in my first sketch pad, but I still like it. This piccy gave birth to the creation of one of my fave characters, Ophellia (yes, with TWO L's).

Aww...she looks so sad! I wish this had been scanned better so I could see it in a cleaner version. This conveys emotion very well.

What can I say, simply magnificiant. I love the way she's surrounded by such beauty and yet she's still misrable...brilliant shading, of course I'm hardly an expert but this piece really jumps out at me. It convays such powerful emotion and its really not a complex drawing, its just done extremely well.
