SciFi and Fantasy Art: Laion

Um, yeah. This was just a radom picture. It had been floating around in my head for a while, and I wanted to draw a dragon person. He turned out decent, and has been my first attempt with pencil crayons since that elf picture *shudder*. About him, I think we caught him looking a lot more innocent that her really is. I've come to the conclusion that he's a thief/assasin (what better kind of thief/assasin than one who can fly?). He's kinda mean and evil, just kinda. He does look very nice here, perhaps a little to feminine (my mom thought 'he' was a 'she', which I can understand. Gender is in the eye of the beholder, and to me he's male!)... I'm aware of the wrongness of the shading on the ground, I'm going to have to try another night picture to work on that. Ignore the bad background.

Wow, this is really amazing! Your pencil crayon skills should also be honoured *claps* This also reminded me of that story we were going to write together. Do you remember?
Anyhoo, wonderful work!

12 Jessica Weinheimer replies: "Yes, I do remember that story! Do you really think he would fit into it? I should start writing that now!"

Another lovely picture! I especially love the wings on this one, as well as the flowy hair. I though it was a girl at first too, but looking back it could pass for a boy. It is anime, after all1

1 Jessica Weinheimer replies: "Yes anime is very flexable. Part of one of the reason I love it so much! The other part is that the men are often so pretty..."
