SciFi and Fantasy Art: Angel

I'm not usually one to draw anything religion-related...I'm not religious to begin with. And I'm definately not one to draw angels, but...at the time I was feeling extremely happy, and so I drew her. Considering I drew her from my head, I thought I did her stomach relatively well; thats always been a hard part for me. I love her wings, too...but the angle that I wanted her face was very hard to draw, and I actually only realized a few months ago that her neck is way too long...if you look hard enough through her hair, you can see what I mean...her shoulders are too low. I still like it though. ^_^

I love this one. Her expression is to die for! Love the hands too, and the style! I also like how the second wing isn't done, and i don't think the neck is to long. Barbie's neck is to long, hers isn'

Her neck looks fine, not to long at all, with the way her head is tilted,I agree the shoulders are a little low but the hides that very well and makes it far less noticeable.Great facial expression, awesome wings and you did do a great job on the stomach. You can see the muscle tone but its not over done. This is by far (in my opinion)the best picture in your gallery.Keep up the great work!

So, just browsing through your stuff. I've seen almost all of your gallery so far, and I just had to say, this is hands down the best one yet. The proportions on her body are beautiful, and I personally love the unfinished feel to this piece-she's kind of coalescing out of the air. It has a wonderful, free joyous feel to it. I love your style! The lines on this are so clean and each one lends itself to the overall feel of the piece. Beautifully done!

this is excellent. And i feel the neck length is believable
