Cthulhu told me to join Elfwood again, as I had been part of it before... Eons ago, when the world was young, and Antarctica was warm. Back then Elfwood was still pretty small (I remember being artist number 600 or something like that, way before it hit the four digits number).
More about me mayhaps... I live in the province of Quebec, Canada, where I spend a lot of my time with my adorable wife Marte - who's taller than I am because she's Norwegian, gotta love those Viking genes. I am a 'retro' male human model, as I was manufactured back in 1976. I like listening to metal music, watching cheesy horror movies (although my favorite movies of all time are Peter Jackson's LOTR adaptations), and playing CRPGs (although I used to organize tabletop RPGs a lot until not too long ago).
I do freelance illustration, and I do commission work, so if you are interested, don't be shy, just contact me.
I've received some anonymous comments for some of my drawings that were constructive criticism. I would just like to say one thing: don't be afraid to leave an address or an artist ID, some constructive criticism is ALWAYS welcome, don't be afraid of leaving your name.
Absolutely stunning work. Such attention to detail is just astounding. I am very impressed. You have a good variety of work here. And a great imagination. Glad I stumbled onto your neck of the woods.
Great Gallery! The pencilwork's just amazing, and the coloured pieces are good as well. I like how you draw inspiration from so many different backgrounds (Norwegian, German, Celtic...). Hope to see more!
