SciFi and Fantasy Art: Alien Baby

This model is of an otherworldly creature's fetus. Actually, this started as a model of a human fetus I was doing for a documentary animation, but then I started playing with the lighting and textures and stuff. At any rate, it's development is being supported in a fluid filled chamber with an artificial umbilical cord. Created using Maya.
