| 23 Apr 2001 | Cody | This is my favorite sketch- I love the face, the detail. Your style of drawing would lend well to Old Hollywood-type women too- just a thought | |
| 5 May 2001 | Kim Van Gampelaere | The thumbnail looked very impressive, but when you see it bigger, it is even better! Love the way she seems to be born out of the background. Really neat! | |
| 10 May 2001 | Lucinda | I like the smooth, sweeping lines of her dress. THe complex detail of the necklace ( and the necklace itself) is wonderful. | |
| 23 May 2001 | Jennifer L Spears | I really like this one, its got a nice look, especially expression, the hair and sweep of the dress. The hand and the abs need a little work, otherwise great job! | |
| 25 Feb 2003 | Tanja Beltman | This is defiantly my fav. Picture in you gallery, I think its absolutely beautiful. You u use the white as a space and not just as a background, I haven’t see that very much in elfwood. A wonderful job ^_^. Jason Hood replies: "thanks - I just am not a background drawer -and I really need to learn it -as much as I like architecture and blue-prints you'd think I'd atleast be motivated enough to draw a wall in some of these pictures" | |
| 25 Feb 2003 | Linda Gock | This is so stylish! I like the mystery of the scarce lines, and the expression on her face. | |
| 27 Feb 2003 | Manuela B. Duczeminska | Awww, this is sooo stylish! Such an elegant pose, greatness! Seemingly simple, very ascetic; I loved the smooth shading in "breeze", here I love the sharp contrasts. You're a versatile artist, it's a great skill. | |
| 2 Mar 2003 | Helen White | This is a stunning picture. I could rant about the dame herself for ages, but everyone's already done that, so I'll just tell you I agree with all comments here. What I wanted to mention, however, is the composition - I think the 'white space' as someone called it is really effective, and it adds a lot to the picture. Many pictures can be improved with backgrounds, but I personally think this one is perfect as it is. | |
